Our Kiwanis Mission
Supporting the youth of our community one child and one family at a time.
Welcome to St. Anthony Kiwanis
The St. Anthony Kiwanis Club began on February 20, 1962. Our club was sponsored by the Kiwanis Clubs of Northeast Minneapolis and Columbia Heights. To them we extend our profound thanks for bringing us into the Kiwanis fold.
The St. Anthony Kiwanis Club is known for generous contributions to many local organizations/projects such as St. Anthony Village High School 9th grade orientation, the SAVHS graduating Seniors, Village Fest, Cops vs Kids Basketball, School supplies for students in need, the Fraser School, Crisis Nursery, Second Stork, youth groups in area churches, and scholarships for seniors graduating from St. Anthony Village High School, to name a few. Supporting the community and our children has given our club a reason to work hard to help others.
Our club now sponsors two Service Leadership Groups. They are a Kiwanis K-Kids Club at Wilshire Park Elementary and the Kiwanis Key Club at the St. Anthony High School. The Builders Club in the Middle School at St. Anthony is currently on a hiatus.
